Description
Oracle, Unix, Informatica Position for PP Manager Raghu Sundararajan's Team with knowledge of Oracle, Informatica, UNIX Monitor Extract Transfer and Load (ETL) batch jobs to identify and resolve production issues within SLA Work with tier II groups (NOC, DBAs, SAs, Network Security, etc.) to diagnose complex problems and drive resolution as quickly as possible Debug the sessions by utilizing the logs of the sessions/Workflow. Provide ETL Support for all major maintenance actives in the Environment (Server, Database, Scheduler, Network and other env.) Create automated script to reduce manual work wherever possible Work with Informatica Support to fix major issues Strong knowledge of Informatica basic transformations and complex transformations, partitions to achieve complex business requirements Tuning runtime of Production workflows to achieve defined SLAs Work with BUs for production change requirement Communicate and work with On-site team for new Projects Analyze all data issues and making code changes in Informatica Technical Skills Operating systems : UNIX (Linux-Red hat 64bit), Windows Programming Languages : Shell Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL Databases : Oracle 11g Others Utilities : UC4, Control-M Work Shifts (Mandatory) : Needs to work 12 hours shift (14 days a month including weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
Zero or more years of experience in software engineering or operating systems programming
Experience working with design and coding languages
Experience working with software design principles
Experience working with computer hardware
Other Qualifications
Analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of software
Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
Communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel
Ability to work in a team environment
