How to find Whether a Company is Real or Fake??

I saw many people stay in confusion and doubt whether so and so. company is really exist or fake.
Friends let me tell u steps how to find out Existence of company with registration..

Steps:

1. Click on below link and Open the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website:

http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=16

you will find this

2. Enter the Company name .Please don't try with Short Forms or half names,enter exact spelling.

3.  If the company is not registered then you will get a Pop-up Like shown below:

4.If the company is registered then definitely you will get information like following :


LLPIN/CIN/1A Ref No
Company or LLP Name
State
Registration Date
Company Status

 5.If you get the information like above that particular company is registered by Govt. of India
.
