Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in data visualization and organizing data to provide insights and make business recommendations.
• 2 years of experience designing and leading A/B test experiments.
• 2 years of experience as a quality testing lead within user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with SQL and or statistical software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB, pandas)
• Experienced and certified in Six Sigma and PgM - Black Belt, PMP certification, IAOP Certified Outsourcing Professional
• 2 years of experience as a quality testing lead: user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability.
• 3 years of experience with ML classification systems, ranking systems or similar

Responsibilities

1. Plan, manage and execute incubation projects (tool testing and incubation, policy incubation and classifier training efforts) end to end.
2. Define success criteria, lead and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risks and own the KPI reporting. Manage stakeholder expectations through effective comms and manage change.
3. Use your analytical strengths to recommend and make data driven decisions to identify and fix enforcement gaps, grey areas and subjectivity.
4. Make business recommendations (e.g. cost-benefit, forecasting, experiment analysis) with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.
5. Work closely with engineers, and interact cross-functionally with teams to improve operational efficiency via process improvements, automation and anti-abuse system creation.
