STEPS TO CRACK YOUR INTERVIEW:
Do you have a fear that you may not pass interview or may stuck in process??...Well I suggest you here how to Crack an interview.This might be a walk in the park for some and a tough thing for others. But trust me guys once you know well the interview processes and adjust your time in a good manner it really is damn easy to crack any interview. I had my experience of it over the past year and by setting my schedule right on time I was able to reach the final round in each interview I attended. So if you are feeling low or unable to find the right path then this post should surely help you out. I will mention the steps and books I followed for my preparation in this post.The interview pattern in most companies would most likely have 3 to 4 rounds:
- Aptitude Test
- Group Discussion (some interviews may not have this round)
- Technical Round
- HR Round.
STEP:1
How to crack the APTITUDE ROUND?
Aptitude Round consist of Quantitative,Verbal and Logical Reasoning bits. Cracking the aptitude is very easy once you practice the important topics well.
QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE:
For quantitative aptitude refer to R.S.Agarwal’s quantitative aptitude book. Seriously its the best book for the beginners as well as experts. The book might have lot of pages but you need to prepare only a few topics to easily solve the problems.
Go through the topics of: Average, Problems on Numbers, Ages, Time & Work, Pipes, Time & Distance, Problems on Trains, Boats & Streams, Simple Interest, Permutations & Combinations and Probability..etc. The book has enough questions and it will hardly take about a week to be perfect in these topics. Every problem in the book is explained clearly and make sure you practice all the problems of these topics well.

VERBAL REASONING:
Coming to Verbal reasoning you have to be good in English. You have to concentrate on Grammar and the way I handled it was by going through the book “Word Power Made Easy” by Norman Lewis. Trust me this book is the best for anyone in learning English vocabulary in a systematic manner. After completing the book you would’ve learnt around 1000 new words and your grammar improvement will be mindblowing.

How to crack the TECHNICAL INTERVIEW?
Technical Interviews mostly test your abilities in C,Java,O.S,DBMS and Project which you have done. In Project they try to test you Whether You really Done it or not by Questioning about Project Architecture, UML Daigrams, Tables in Database, Flow of Your Project... .Some interviewer may ask silly Question Like What is new in your project and what you have achieved.
