> Provide second level support for our clients utilizing the MU Reporting Portal
>Liaison with partners and R&D on escalated cases
>Provide root cause and prevention steps where appropriate
>Provide call flows for efficient call routing and handling
>Validate and/or create documentation for support including trouble-shooting guides and knowledge base articles
>Provide leadership as a representative for support within cross-functional program team meetings
>Ensure "supportability" is built into all new transaction offerings
>Meet or exceed acceptable productivity and quality standards
>Attend training classes as requested
Job Requirements:
Experience & Education:
> BS or BS Degree in Business, Information Science, Computer Science Software, or other relevant combination of training and experience;
>Experience in supporting Healthcare IT clinical solutions is required;
> Experience supporting an Allscripts EHR product is desirable;
>SQL training and experience Is a Must;
>Strong leadership capability;
>Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
>Ability to work independently;
>Ability to listen and analyze end user needs;
>Ability to evaluate technical options and make decisions.
>Able to effectively function in a team oriented environment.
